Hello, and welcome. I believe that healing happens in connection and that you are the expert on your own lived experiences. My role is to walk alongside you with warmth, curiosity, and professional guidance as you deepen your understanding of yourself, your relationships, and your emotional world. My clinical focus includes perinatal and postpartum mental health, early childhood social–emotional development, trauma, identity transitions, the impact of support systems on well-being, and supporting neurodivergent individuals (ADHD, autism, learning differences, sensory sensitivities).
