I’m so glad you’re here! I’m Gabriela, and I am passionate about walking alongside teens, young adults, and adults as they seek healing, hope, and restoration. I work with clients who have experienced trauma, attachment-related challenges, anxiety, depression, and grief. I believe each client is the expert of their own story, and my role is to provide a safe, supportive space where healing and growth can take place. My approach is deeply client-centered and relational, grounded in the belief that meaningful healing happens within a trusting therapeutic relationship.
