My name is Gabriela Cibrian and I am Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of California. My passion is working with individuals and families to help them understand behavioral patterns within themselves to help them make positive changes. My style and approach to therapy are a good fit for children, teens, and adults who have experienced trauma and symptoms related to stress, anxiety, and depression. I specialize in working with clients to help them understand trauma responses and formulate a plan to create healthier thought patterns that lead to healthier behavioral patterns.
