My name is Gabriela Gomez and I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), based in California and see clients via telehealth. I use different therapeutic approaches, depending on what the client needs and what fits best. I use Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical-Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy which provide a lot of effective strategies that are very useful in feeling better.
