I work with my clients to create an authentic and collaborative relationship while enabling clients to develop insight and coping strategies. I specialize in fertility treatment and offer support to individuals and couples navigating reproductive health journeys. as well as provide third party evaluations. I provide support around depression, anxiety and chronic medical illness. I help clients explore their stressors, gain insight into their patterns and develop solutions. I am trained in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and implement an active and psychodynamic approach to help clients explore challenges and reach their goals.
