Self-discovery and healing are essential to leading a fulfilled life and they are a long-term investment in you and your loved ones. I use Internal Family Systems (IFS), and IFIO (IFS for couples and families), Attachment Theory, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). Ultimately your needs drive my interventions. I am a Certified Anxiety therapist and a Trauma Specialist. I am licensed in New York and Virginia.
