Thank you for visiting my page. I work with individuals, couples and groups. I use a psychodynamic frame, however, I will meet the client with the therapeutic tool most needed. My goal is to provide a supportive and safe space which enables a transformational and healing experience that promotes self-understanding, self-compassion, differentiation, individuation and congruency. I work with clients who present with trauma, depression, anxiety, relational issues, anger issues, existential issues and I specialize in clients who have eating disorders/disordered eating. I conduct therapy in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
