My focus is on helping adults, families, and children in overcoming personal and relational barriers using a collaborative approach and creative expression. I encourage your own capacity to heal within the framework of a safe and trusting therapeutic environment, integrating psychodynamic, somatic, and Internal Family Systems-based interventions as well as the artistic process. In my work with families and children, my goal is to support secure, healthy attachments and foster communication, no matter what has come in the way.
