Starting therapy can be overwhelming sometimes and I understand how scary it might feel, that is why I provide a safe space for you to regain control of your life by focusing on your strengths and achieving a balanced healthy life. Together we can work on reconnecting with yourself and your loved ones. My approach is grounded in a feminist framework that prioritizes empowerment, autonomy, and self-determination. I believe in creating a safe and non-judgmental space for clients to share their stories, concerns, and experiences.
