My focus and goal as a clinician is to create a warm, safe and supportive environment for clients to explore their personal issues and find meaning and purpose in their lives. I specialize in working with young children, parents, couples and individual clients going through significant life transitions. It is in the therapist/client relationship where my clients can begin to explore their issues, challenges and needs and also discover their strengths and internal resources in order to have a better understanding of who they are and reach their goals.
