I’m a Mental Health Counselor committed to empower individuals with different types of mental health conditions. I have found the importance of using a holistic perspective that addresses the body, mind, spirit, and interpersonal context to achieve wellness. I understand that every patient has different circumstances, strengths, and barriers, therefore I believe that is imperative to develop an individualized treatment plan focusing on the client’s goals using a collaborative approach. I use mindfulness training to teach my clients how to monitor their symptoms to achieve independence.
