I’m a therapist who works at the intersection of emotional intelligence, attachment, identity, and the messy, complicated realities of relationships. My clients come to me when things feel overwhelming but they’re not willing to give up on themselves. They’re smart, self-aware, and intuitive, they just need someone who can meet them where they are, without judgment or sugarcoating. I am here to do that. In therapy, your job is to tell your story wholeheartedly. My role as a therapist is to listen, help teach new skills, and challenge you to see new ways to live your life. You already have all the answers inside of you, I am just here to help uncover them.
