Understanding yourself is the most challenging, rewarding, and important work that you will ever do. As your therapist, I will help you find new ways to look at your past that may help you to better understand your present circumstances. Together, we will discover what a healthy and meaningful future can look like for you. My approach to therapy is based in the Psychodynamic perspective, which helps us delve deeper into more challenging topics. I am a therapist who will work side-by-side in an effort to help you come to a greater understanding of yourself through mutual curiosity, reflection and open discussion.
