Have you ever been asked, ‘Are you okay?’ and felt like your world was about to come crashing down just by hearing those three words? Emotions can be overwhelming. They are even more overwhelming if we try to deal with them alone. These overwhelming feelings may result from trauma, relationship troubles, stress from work or school, major life transitions, unconscious beliefs, etc. However, no matter what we may have experienced, we all have an innate ability to grow, change, and thrive. I work mainly with the young adult population with a focus on anxiety, depression, and self-esteem.
