I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, with over 10 years of professional work experience. I provide individual therapy to adults experiencing depression, stress, anxiety, coping with grief and loss, motivation, self esteem and confidence. I enjoy supporting people in meeting their goals in an empathetic and supportive way. I work collaboratively with individuals to heal patterns that are creating difficulties in their lives. We will work together to challenge the thoughts and feelings that are preventing you from meeting your goals and being your true authentic self.
