I work with individuals and couples/relationships. My clients seek support in regulating difficult emotions, communicating with others, managing stress and anxiety, navigating identities, and boosting confidence. I enjoy working with clients who want to develop a more intentional connection to their bodies, sexualities, and the people they love. My clients are open to gaining new skills and insights to deal with stress. I provide a space full of warmth and affirmation for clients to feel fully seen, valued, safe to process past events, and think about future possibilities.
