A more creative & embodied approach to therapy - Somatic & Experiential modalities (Art, Music, Movement) are integrated into my trauma informed work. You will be fully supported in expanding your capacity for self-compassion, reclaiming your inner strength and reintegrating joy into your daily life! It would be an honor to meet you. My areas of focus include inner child healing, adverse childhood experiences, overcoming complex and sexual trauma, cultural/ identity issues, adoption trauma, relationship concerns, anxiety, depression, grief, self-esteem and navigating life transitions.
