I strive to bring a compassionate and personalized approach when working with my patients. I have experience treating individuals of all ages, but I especially enjoy working with adolescents, young adults, men and women. My therapeutic philosophy is centered on fostering a sense of empowerment and resilience in my clients. As a Grief & Loss certified therapist, I work to help my patients navigate their sadness while re-orienting to a completely changed world. In addition, I also treat depression, anxiety, ADHD, and the complex challenges of navigating major life transitions, including women's health issues.
