I will provide a comforting environment where you can share your worries, uncover the systems and patterns that have kept you stuck, and get in touch with what makes you feel your best. My approach is collaborative - you provide your stories and an openness to explore, and I will provide avenues for new ways of thinking and being. We’ll combine talk therapy with strategies to calm the nervous system and pay special attention to your relationships and your access to self-expression and creativity.
