I’m a Clinical Psychotherapist Resident at Meridian Psychotherapy Associates, where we specialize in culturally responsive, trauma-informed care for individuals and couples. I bring an empathetic, person-centered approach to therapy and have experience working with children, teens, and young adults. However, now I only work with adults. I’m especially passionate about supporting highly sensitive people (HSPs) and creating a warm, collaborative space where clients feel safe exploring their emotions, challenges, and identities.
