I pride myself in the work I do with the LGBTQ community with individuals of all ages. Many of my clients have come to therapy looking for guidance navigating life's transitions and their past experiences. These individuals having experienced high levels of trauma, loss, suspected neurodivergence and other life stressors. Through navigating these emotions I often will work with client's to find solution and skill based interventions that work best for them.
