My office is located in the quaint Village of Amityville on Long Island. I look forward to potentially meeting you in person or virtually! You deserve to live a life you are proud of and can feel good about. As a psychotherapist, I work with clients of diverse backgrounds and varying interests. I strive to provide an honest and compassionate space that encourages individuality. I work with clients suffering from a wide range of mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, self-esteem, eating disorders, relationship issues, stress, mood disorders, emotional disturbances, behavioral issues, and life transitions. I want to help you lead a productive, fulfilling life that will encourage you to start truly living again. Our relationship will be collaborative. I work with my clients from an integrative approach which consists of both psychodynamic and cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT).
