About
What drives my work is the belief that therapy can help people reclaim their lives—even amid uncertainty, pain, or self-doubt. I support individuals navigating anxiety, OCD, relationship issues, identity development, and life transitions. As an Advanced Grief Counseling Specialist, I also bring deep expertise in grief and loss, including body grief and chronic illness. Whether we’re exploring patterns that no longer serve you or building new ways of coping, I approach therapy as a collaborative, empowering space rooted in dignity, self-determination, and healing. View 4 Photos I have experience supporting the LGBTQ+ community, and I am committed to creating a space that is not just affirming but actively supportive. I also bring a background in working with survivors of intimate partner violence, which shaped my understanding of trauma, resilience, and the importance of fostering safety in the therapeutic relationship.
