We all have areas of our lives that we would like to improve. My role is to empower my clients with the tools necessary to reach goals, improve relationships, and better understand and accept their emotions. My approach is tailored to meet the needs of each client while identifying and utilizing the client’s strengths, creating a supportive environment focused on growth and healing. I utilize techniques from motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy, and solution-focused therapy to provide comprehensive support to clients as they learn to utilize the skills needed to accept and commit to long-term health and happiness.
