About

I am a registered associate psychotherapist dedicated to the persistent pursuit of understanding the ways our bodies, families, and communities remember and cultivate wholeness and well-being. In support of our wholeness, I bring culturally responsive somatic and relational approaches, along with a psychodynamic lens, to therapy with individuals, couples, families, children, and teens. My training in infant and maternal wellness, Relational Somatic Healing (RSH) and conflict transformation informs the way I approach attachment, emotional attunement, and nervous system regulation to promote embodied healing and trauma resolution. Through play therapy I support families and children in learning how to recognize and express their feelings, while helping parents attune more fully to their child’s needs to strengthen secure attachment. I provide a safe, supportive environment that integrates relational, somatic and sensory lenses and is infused curiosity and mindful inquiry.
