Many of the women I work with are balancing motherhood, identity shifts, fertility struggles, or the grief of pregnancy loss. Others feel overwhelmed by life’s transitions and want a place to breathe and feel like themselves again. I specialize in supporting women through infertility/IVF stress, postpartum changes, motherhood, anxiety, and loss. Based in Gloucester County, I offer in-person therapy locally in South Jersey and virtual support across New Jersey. Horizon BCBS accepted. You don’t have to do this alone.
