Using a combination of psychodynamic, relational, and behaviorally-based modalities, I support each patient in not only uncovering maladaptive patterns and coping strategies, but also finding actionable ways to work through their struggles. I am committed to providing an unconditionally safe space for clients to discover and be their most authentic selves.
