Even when we know that it is time to make a change, fear has a way of trying to hold us back. It’s courage that pushes us beyond that fear, to the place we deserve to be. Challenges related to work, school, family, and health can be overwhelming. If not addressed, these issues begin to spill over into the parts of our lives that were previously well. The good news is that there are positive ways to navigate life’s tests, and I am happy to help explore these paths with you. I work with people making small tweaks and huge overhauls to their lives. To me the size of change is a matter of perspective.
