About

I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC) who specializes in anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, body image and substance abuse and have experience in working with teens, adults, families and couples. I also work with first responders, veterans and military personnel. I am fully trained in EMDR and DBT therapy. I also have a background and extensive experience in mental performance training and athletic counseling. I am very passionate about helping athletes reach their full potential and have experience in working with both high school and college level athletes (Division I, II and III).
