I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor located in the state of New York. In the past, I loved lecturing as an Adjunct Professor for CUNY and I also worked with a website creating materials for study guides for other future therapists in the field. "Anxiety and Depression can be debilitating, but there are ways to cope and move forward. Life is full of finding a balance. I believe in helping individuals find acceptance and being more autonomous in their everyday life." My passion is working with women who have difficulty in toxic relationships. We build a safe space and a starting goal is to rebuild their self worth.
