When you feel empty, or like there’s no one to talk to, you can trust that in our work together, I’ll meet you in those moments — free of judgement and full of compassion. I have had the privilege to provide therapy for a diverse group of clients with a variety of mental health issues such as navigating life transitions, struggles with self-esteem, depression, low mood, as well as anxiety.
