I am a compassionate mental health therapist working to make a difference each day. I work to create a safe space to discuss any adversities you are facing. I utilize a wide variety of treatment methods ranging from motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy, play therapy, and solution based brief therapy to name a few. I work with a wide variety of individuals in areas that include but are not limited to: Depression, Anxiety, Autism, Communication Barrier, Relational/Family Issues, and Borderline Personality Disorder. I am a licensed social worker and have experience in working with children, adolescents, and adults. I am especially passionate about being able to help my clients overcome adversities while showing them that there does not have to be a stigma around mental health. I have a wide variety of clinical areas of focus and look forward to working with you.
