I help individuals build fulfilling relationships – with themselves and with others. In order to connect with others we must first have a solid connection to our own self. In order to have a solid sense of self we need to build internal awareness and find language to understand our experiences. When we can communicate about our experiences, we find meaning, purpose, and connection – all factors essential for well-being and overall life quality. From a trauma-informed, relational perspective, I will help you explore the past as well as the present so that you can get the most out of your future.
