I create a nonjudgmental, safe space for my patients to explore their challenges. I approach my work with you through a trauma-focused lens and acknowledge how emotion is central to human experience. I draw from relational and psychodynamic approaches, focusing on how our past pains can influence our present patterns and cycles. Through deep listening, I am able to guide you through your own journey of self-awareness and reflection. I completed my education in Mental Health Counseling at the University at Albany, where I also served as a peer assistant and training instructor for a mental health and crisis hotline.
