Navigating the current changes in the world can be challenging and may lead to increased feelings of stress or anxiety. I am a licensed therapist working in the field for about 17 years. I work with teens and adults, I provide individual therapy only (no couples work). I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, ADHD, and trauma. I will assist you in making changes to your life, developing healthy relationships and increasing relaxation or healthy coping techniques. Please note that I do not provide couples counseling, nor do I complete leave of absence paperwork. I am trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and the Flash Technique to assist you in reducing the effects of trauma(s). I use CBT and mindfulness interventions to assist you in coping with your stress and problems while we work on healing the underlying trauma.
