Before beginning my formal training as a therapist, I spent over a decade in finance, coached high-performing executives and founders, and was once a nationally ranked gymnast. I’m also a mother—someone who knows how it feels to be outwardly accomplished while quietly feeling stuck, yearning for deeper alignment, intimacy, and aliveness. After consciously uncoupling from a long-term marriage, I began rebuilding my life from the inside out, rooted in self-trust, embodied healing, and internal secure attachment. That journey now informs the space I hold for others. I work with growth-oriented individuals and couples, especially in their 20s to 40s, who feel disconnected from themselves, their partners, or their desires, and who are ready to reawaken what’s been buried under the surface. Many of my clients are women rediscovering their sensuality, or couples seeking to reconnect and reignite their relationship.
