I work with children, young adults, and adults in addition to families and couples. I strive to create a safe and judgement free environment that allows for individuals to grow into the best versions of themselves. I have experience working with individuals struggling with substance use, adjustment disorders, self-esteem, anger, anxiety, mood disorders, and depression. I feel passionately that individuals and their experiences are unique to them, and all require a special approach.
