As a therapist, my goal is to create a space to affirm, empower, and support you to flourish and reach your full potential. I take a strengths-based, client-centered approach, which focuses on recognizing and building upon your unique strengths and resources. Our sessions will be a collaborative and supportive space. I believe that a strong therapeutic relationship is key, and I’m committed to creating a safe environment where we can set goals, explore challenges, and develop practical strategies together. I am also a dedicated volunteer for Postpartum Support International as a Climb leader and peer mentor.
