I am a licensed professional counselor who helps people get unstuck from anything: a toxic relationship, addiction, depression, anxiety, stagnation, feeling lost, etc. I teach people coping skills and help them find insight that will assist them on their journey to become a better version of themselves. I deliver the best outcomes to people who come with an open mind and are willing to work on themselves between sessions. My goal is to help each client find a live a meaningful and fulfilling life. I work in a group private practice called Healthy Minds Counseling and Wellness based in Kirkwood, MO.
