My therapy goal is to create a warm, caring, safe relationship in which my client can discover his or her answers and solutions and then find ways to use the new- found understanding to bring joy into their life. I am a solution-focused therapist. In other-words, the client sets the goals and we work collaboratively, using the therapy skills, to achieve his or her goals. I specialize in traumatic loss, marriage and family, bereavement, Play therapy, Parenting coaching, EMDR, and Somatic Experiencing, I work with children, adolescents, and adult with a focus on the life long impact of attachment and bonding in relationships.
