Reaching out for support is a brave and often intimidating step. While we typically face this task in times of pain, I work with individuals, families, and children to help them see their strengths as they navigate both the challenging and good times. I believe that humans are fundamentally creative, innovative, compassionate, and capable of accessing their joy and care deeply about facilitating this.
