I’m so glad you’ve decided to reach out for support. I provide a warm, respectful space to explore obstacles that may be holding you back and to identify the goals you want to achieve. Together, we’ll build confidence, develop coping strategies for daily challenges, and enhance your skills for creating healthier connections and meeting your long-term goals. I offer CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy) and CPT (cognitive processing therapy for trauma) to enable greater progress. I have a master's in clinical social work (M.S.W.) from Washington University and a master's in clinical psychology with an emphasis in marriage and family therapy (M.F.T.) from Pepperdine University. My breadth of experience includes hospice, child welfare, case management, inpatient substance abuse/medical detox, and outpatient mental health.
