I specialize in couples and families navigating life transitions, pre-marital or pre-commitment preparation, parenting challenges, high conflict, intimacy and sexual dissatisfaction, and managing relationships with ADHD, anxiety, and depression. Throughout our lives we learn behaviors and patterns that offer a sense of safety, but later become ineffective and difficult to change. This often isn't realized until it impacts our relationships and feels like our world is unraveling. Together we can calm the chaos of the present to feel safe enough to change the patterns from the past impacting your life today. A systemic lens shows the large and small systems impacting your world and attachment theory offers insight into your emotional world.
