About

​I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience working with children, families, teenagers, and adults who have a history of depression, anxiety, behavioral concerns, trauma, and family issues. I have a passion for supporting individuals in their healing journey and my goal is to empower clients to build resilience, foster healthy relationships, and achieve lasting change. I wholeheartedly believe individuals deserve a safe, empathetic and genuine space to deal with life’s challenges. I received my Master’s of Social Work from Fordham University. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR). I have also received training in play therapy, sand tray therapy, Attachment Regulation and Competency(ARC), Motivational Interviewing, TF-CBT, and AutPlay.
