Welcome! I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) based in Maryland. I have a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the George Washington University, and have been providing therapy services to a diverse range of people for over 10 years. I help adults and adolescents decrease feelings of anxiety and depression, develop healthier patterns of thinking, and process past experiences that are causing current challenges. I am a compassionate, non-judgmental therapist with years of experience with a diverse range of clients. I have a lot of knowledge about mental health and success helping individuals developing healthier lives.
