Sometimes, the bliss of trying to conceive, birth and pre & postpartum is shattered. Maybe it’s the anxiety of failed fertility treatments, or the devastation of pregnancy loss. Maybe it's the trauma of a birth with complications, or the heaviness of postpartum depression and anxiety. Navigating the journey that parenthood can bring can feel unsurmountable. I combine my years of experience working in Labor and Delivery, Neonatal Intensive Care, and in the therapy room to meet perinatal clients with understanding, support, and guidance. This often looks like working through grief, trauma, depression, anxiety, transition of roles, or whatever else your journey toward parenting has brought.
