Consider it a partnership as I will assist you with overcoming challenging times, hold you accountable, or help you on your journey to healing. I have an open mind, non-judgmental, and very empathetic. I seek to actively listen to my clients as I am here to support you in any way possible. I like to start off our sessions in the earlier stages by building rapport with you and then move on to working on your challenges. There is no rush to getting better. I am moving at your pace.
