Having the willingness to bring yourself into the counseling room and sharing your deepest hurts with a stranger can be extremely difficult. Coming in with the openness and desire to get better without knowing how it is all going to work takes a lot of courage. A desire to get better is where it starts, the next step is showing up and allowing yourself to be vulnerable. I know it's scary, but you won't be walking this road alone. My job is to stand alongside you and help guide the steps to healing.
