I am a bisexual identifying therapist who is collaborative and social justice oriented. My work offers support in relationship issues, trauma, sexuality, intimacy, gender, body image, and mental health care. I specialize in therapy for couples and individuals. I offer structured guidance to help clients work through conflict. As an active member of AAMFT and AASECT, I stay connected with the latest research to enhance my practice. I am trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and I integrate Socioculturally Attuned Family Therapy, trauma-informed, somatic models and a mind-body connection approach.
