I am here to help you find life’s rainbows! Despite the storms, you are not alone. I want to give you the space and support you need to achieve the life you dream of. Life is too short to continue walking the paths that detour you from reaching everything you want. I will walk by your side through this journey because, let’s face it, life can be really hard and therapy can feel daunting and uncomfortable. Therapy can also provide new perspectives, growth, and healing. I believe therapy is a space for you to share your unique story. As your therapist, I want to listen to what makes you special and help you recognize all the remarkable qualities and strengths within you. Through my experience as a mental health professional and therapist, I have helped youth and their families through authentic change and healing by building genuine connection and providing purposeful support.
